We are happy to say that we enjoyed rooms and people.

Views are not so great.

Both my partner and I enjoyed being there. The location was magnificent, right at Lakes Christian Centre. The room met the purpose, warm with good facilities.

It's clean, very good staff and location.

The personnel was best, and the owner too. The breakfast at our hotel was at very reasonable price. The setting was quite unbeatable within easy reach of The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.

The breakfast was hearty, the staff was helpful, the grounds were reasonably clean. Central location, at a medium distance from Lake Windermere.

Handy location; knowledgeable staff. The double room suited us: it had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV set. Walking distance to shops and convenience stores across the street.

This place is convenient because of the beautiful location and mountain views.

Overall clean hotel, tasty breakfast, the location is perfect just next door to the lake as well as the center. Warm unit with a beautiful decor.

I had an enjoyable stay here and would recommend. I loved it, location and facilities were perfect. Lovely room, great bed and luxury bathroom. Plenty of food at breakfast, including breads, milk, cereals and cheese.

A nicely renovated hotel with amazing service. Location is optimal, relatively close to Windermere Jetty Museum.

This was a brilliant stay, great prices. Liked how terrific the property was. You could walk to shops and a market. We had small double room with a mini fridge as well as any view. The food was good and included coffee, tea, fruit, cereal and toast. Easy check-in & marvellous service.

Hotel's in front of main attractions like beatrix potter gallery. Venue was spotless

The location was unbeatable, with Jintana Thai Restaurant nearby, where we could eat. Bedrooms where good sized, stuff was awesome. The hotel was within walking distance of orrest head.
